These terms govern your use of giftmoss.com. By using the site you accept them. They cover the website only — supply of goods is governed by the quotation and order confirmation we issue for your specific project.

Information on this website

Product descriptions, specifications, images, fabric details and capability statements on this site are provided for general information. Colours and textures vary between screens and between production lots. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and no specification shown here is a warranty that a particular style can be produced at a particular price or quantity.

No prices published

We do not publish prices. Cost depends on fabric, weight, construction, quantity, trims and packaging, so quotations are issued per project. A quotation is valid for the period stated in it and is subject to the specification and quantity it was based on.

Enquiries and orders

• An enquiry submitted through this site is a request for information, not a binding order.
• An order exists only when we have confirmed it in writing and any agreed deposit has been received.
• Where a sample is produced, bulk production proceeds only after your written approval of that sample. The approved sample defines the accepted specification.
• Quoted lead times are estimates from the date of confirmation, not guaranteed dates, and may be affected by fabric availability, shipping schedules and events outside our control.

Your materials

Artwork, designs, tech packs and trademarks you send us remain yours. You confirm that you have the right to use anything you provide for production, and you grant us permission to use it solely to develop and produce your order.

Our content

The text, layout and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and disputes relating to this website are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts there.
