1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of giftmoss.com and any business transactions with GiftMoss ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & Pricing
- Product images are for reference; actual products may vary slightly due to handmade nature.
- Prices listed on the website are indicative and subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed upon quotation.
- MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) requirements apply and vary by product category.
- OEM customization pricing depends on design complexity, materials, and order quantity.
3. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by GiftMoss.
- Standard payment terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment.
- Accepted payment methods: T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, Western Union, Letter of Credit.
- Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of order placement, before production begins.
4. Production & Delivery
- Production lead time is typically 15–30 business days from order confirmation and deposit receipt.
- Shipping times vary by destination and method (sea, air, express).
- GiftMoss is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or force majeure events.
- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. Quality & Returns
- All products undergo quality control inspection before shipment.
- Claims for defective or damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
- Due to the custom nature of OEM products, returns are generally not accepted unless products are materially defective.
- GiftMoss will offer replacement or credit for verified defective products.
6. Intellectual Property
- GiftMoss product designs, images, and content are protected by copyright.
- Customers retain ownership of their custom designs and branding materials submitted for OEM production.
- GiftMoss will not share customer proprietary designs with third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
GiftMoss's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of Ningbo, Zhejiang.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
